Expanding File Folders

So you’re looking for new file folders or a way to keep everything in your home or office organized? Maybe you’ve already decided that expanding file folders are going to be the way to go. These particular folders are excellent for almost any situation, but especially for all your home papers.

This includes almost anything that relates to your home, furniture, electrics, finances and so on. For example, your expanding file folder could contain details of the following items:

- Home. This would mean copies of the title to your property, any approval notice for buildings, and anything else connected to your house.

- Furniture and Electrics. This would generally be for contact details, receipts/invoices, and warranty papers.

- Finances. This is a big one but would include things like your mortgage papers and details, any other loan papers you have, credit card and bank information and statements, investments, share holdings and so on. In fact in many cases it might be best just to have a whole file folder that’s devoted solely to your financial papers.

- Car and Vehicle Papers. This could include licensing and ownership papers, and details of all services and repairs done

- Bills. Everyone’s favorite, bills are actually important to keep for quite a long time in case there is a dispute regarding payment. You can sort them into separate sections for each kind of bill, such as power, phone, cellular, and so on.

This is just a small example of how you can use expanding file folders, or in fact any kind of folders, to help you get organized and stay organized. You’ll be amazed at how much time and trouble you can save by making sure everything you might one day need is kept safe and, more importantly, easy to find.
